Live Well Photoshoots Week #7

On week seven, Shauna practiced her Spanish while making a bountiful Mexican table that included homemade corn tortillas, charred corn, peppers, tomato and pineapple pico de gallo, guacamole, walnut "meat," rice, beans and plenty of colourful toppings. The Live Well Build boys came to visit and were our hand-models and taste testers!

We slowed down this week and photographed only two recipes per day. However, it didn't make our days shorter because those recipes had at least two or three versions each. Shauna prepared my all-time favourite Thai bowl with fresh rolls, followed by my second favourite, her sushi bowl! I can say that I purposefully left my favourite power bowl recipes last, so they'll act as a powerful "pick-me-up" to give us the final boost needed to finish the photoshoots!

We owe a special shoutout to Dashing Balloons! Those colourful floating spheres sure kept the kids entertained for days. Although we did get a few flying balloons to land on top of the food while being photographed! Legit “photo bombs!”
